Why do your posters cost more than a simple frame?
Each poster is created for one person and one precise moment, printed to order on museum-quality matte paper, delivered framed, ready to hang, with tracking. You're not just paying for a frame, you're paying for a personalized keepsake. If it arrives damaged or defective, we replace or refund it.
How is my order created?
You choose your design: a sky from the Instant Céleste collection, or a pearl from the Orbs of Life collection (Nébora, Lunéria or Aurélis). Then you choose your size and frame, and give us your details: first name, date, place, and a short message if you wish (plus the time for Instant Céleste posters). We create your poster with your details, then print and frame it just for you.
What are the lead times?
Your poster is created for you, then printed, framed and delivered by our printing partner Gelato: allow 6 to 10 business days in total, with the same lead time for France and Belgium. Free delivery in France · €9.90 to Belgium, with a tracking number sent by email.
Which sizes and prices?
Five sizes, from 13 × 18 cm to 40 × 50 cm, from €64.90. The exact price of each size is shown on the product page. Black or white frame included, oak frame as an option at +€7.90 . Free shipping in France · €9.90 to Belgium. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Are frames included?
Yes: the black or white frame is included in the displayed price, with protection. The oak frame is available as an option at +€7.90 .
Can I gift a poster without knowing all the details?
Yes. For an Instant Céleste poster, the first name, date and city are enough: the time can be estimated. And if you are unsure about the visual, Astra, our virtual assistant (AI), can advise you according to the occasion.
Can I return a personalized poster?
Each poster is made just for you, so it cannot be returned — please check your text carefully before ordering. Manufacturing defect or breakage on delivery? It is replaced or refunded with a simple photo sent within 7 days to celestiarshop@outlook.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Cartes Bancaires, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or Bancontact.
Can I change my order after purchase?
Email us as soon as possible at celestiarshop@outlook.com: as long as your poster hasn't gone to print, we'll do our best to correct the first name, date, time or place.
Does the sky really match my date and place?
On the “Create your sky” page, the star positions are computed from public astronomical data for the date, time and place you enter. The Instant Céleste designs are artistic creations inspired by the sky of your date. The on-screen preview is indicative (“non-contractual”).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France and Belgium, with the same lead time for both countries (6 to 10 business days). Free delivery in France, €9.90 to Belgium. Other countries are not served for now.
Is the frame real wood?
Yes. The natural frame is oak; the black and white frames are ash. The frames are 20 mm thick.
Glass or plexiglass?
Plexiglass from 1.0 to 2.5 mm, which protects your poster.
Will the paper turn yellow?
It is museum-quality art paper. Like any work on paper, avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its colours.
Will the colours match the screen?
Colours are stable under different lighting. Slight variations between screen and print remain possible: the preview is indicative.
How is the poster packed?
In sturdy, protective packaging, ready to hang on arrival, with its hanging kit.
How do I choose my size?
13 × 18 cm: shelf or desk. 20 × 25 cm: chest of drawers or hallway. 21 × 30 cm: A4 size, bedroom or office. 30 × 40 cm: a versatile size for a bedroom or living room. 40 × 50 cm: main room, above a sofa or bed.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt at celestiarshop@outlook.com: your poster will be replaced or refunded.
